Defendant St. Charles Parish (Parish), appeals an adverse judgment by the trial court that cast it in judgment to plaintiffs for damages. Plaintiffs, Julius and Pyramid Sellers, who own contiguous plots of undeveloped land in St. Charles Parish, filed this action against the Parish for damages arising out of unlawful entry and excavation on the property.
