HOFFMAN, Senior Judge.

Respondent-Appellant U.M. appeals his adjudication as a delinquent child for committing the offense of disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor if committed by an adult, Ind.Code § 35-45-1-3.

We reverse.
