Lawrence Martin appeals the trial court's denial of post-conviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Martin raised five claims in his motion, arguing: (1) trial counsel was ineffective for failing to inform defendant of the elements of each offense to which he pled guilty; (2) trial counsel was ineffective for failing to inform defendant of the minimum or maximum penalties...
