Justice GOLDBERG, for the Court.

The defendant, Michelle Garcia (Garcia or defendant), came before the Supreme Court on September 27, 2005, on appeal from a Superior Court judgment of conviction entered after a jury trial in which the jury found the defendant guilty of murder in the first degree. The defendant requests that this Court vacate the judgment and order a new trial based upon allegedly erroneous evidentiary rulings and improper jury instructions...
