Dana Haines Courtney ("Courtney"), Tara Harrelson Wilbur ("Tara"), and Terry Wilbur ("Terry") sued Virginia Tidwell Wood ("Wood") seeking damages for injuries they allegedly suffered as a result of an automobile accident. Wood answered the complaint and denied liability. The matter was tried before a jury on May 3, 2004.
