This is an attorney disciplinary proceeding. The Board on Professional Responsibility (Board) filed a Report finding numerous instances of professional misconduct by respondent, Richard S. McCann. The Report, which is appended to this opinion and incorporated herein by reference, concludes that McCann should be suspended for three years.
