Adair, from the practice of law for 181 days for violations of SCR 3.130-1.16(d), SCR 3.130-1.15(b), and SCR 3.130-1.4(b). Respondent was charged on May 6, 2004, by the Inquiry Commission of the Kentucky Bar Association with three counts of professional misconduct....
