This appeal involves a claim for business interruption coverage under an insurance policy issued to CII Carbon, L.L.C. by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Louisiana, Inc. ("National"). The trial court rendered judgment holding that CII Carbon was entitled to coverage under the contingent business interruption endorsement to the insurance policy but not to coverage under the policy's general business interruption provisions....
