Respondent, Sandra Barton, mother of the alleged disabled adult, Bethany Tekoa Huseman (Tekoa), appeals from stipulated orders of the circuit court of Perry County regarding Tekoa. The orders appealed from were agreed to by respondent and her ex-husband, Leonard Huseman, petitioner. The orders, inter alia, found Tekoa disabled, ordered attorney fees to be paid from Tekoa's social security disability benefits...
