¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees Lancaster Newspapers, Inc., Intelligencer Journal, and Oscar Lee Brownstein and dismissing with prejudice Appellant Police Officer Robin Weaver's claims of defamation.
