Tiffany B. Price, ("Defendant"), was indicted by a Grand Jury on May 2, 2005. Defendant was charged with Sexual Solicitation of a Child, a felony; Unlawful Contact in the Second Degree, a felony; Indecent Exposure, a misdemeanor; and Offensive Touching, a misdemeanor.
