OPINION

SERNA, Justice.

{1} Defendant Richard Lopez was charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and forfeiture of cash. Pursuant to a plea bargain, the State reduced the first charge and dropped the remaining charges. As a result, Defendant pleaded no contest to possession of cocaine,1 reserving the right to appeal the district court's denial of his suppression motion...
