On October 10, 2001, defendant, Antwon L. Dismuke, entered into negotiated plea agreements and pleaded guilty to two charges of delivery of a controlled substance (720 ILCS 570/401(d) (West 2000)). As agreed, he was sentenced to four years' imprisonment for each conviction, to run consecutively.
