¶ 1 Edward Lee Black pled guilty in the Circuit Court of Hinds County, First Judicial District, to possession of cocaine and was sentenced on April 23, 2001, to serve eighteen months in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with thirty-six months' post-release supervision.
