Ismael Morales appeals an order denying his motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) to correct an illegal sentence. We reverse. After concluding that Mr. Morales' sentences were legal and denying the motion to correct sentence, the trial court ordered that Mr. Morales' legal sentences be amended. The amendment added fifteen years' imprisonment to the sentences. We reverse...
