¶ 1. Jerome Houston was tried and convicted of sexual battery in the Circuit Court of Pike County, Mississippi. He was sentenced to twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with five years suspended, twenty years to serve and five years' post-release supervision, and was fined $5,000. From his conviction, Houston appeals to this Court alleging that the jury verdict was against the overwhelming weight...
