Sam Walker, Jr. was convicted of unlawful possession of more than five kilograms of marijuana with the intent to distribute, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 41-29-139 Supp.2004, and conspiracy to commit unlawful distribution of marijuana, in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 97-1-1 (Rev.2000). Walker was sentenced to serve fifteen years on each count to run concurrently, with the last six years...
