¶ 1. In October of 2002, Boston George Grace failed to meet with his supervising officer, thereby violating the terms of his probation. The Circuit Court of Harrison County subsequently revoked his probation and sentenced him to serve a term of four years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
