¶ 1. Clara Jones Fernald ("Fernald") sold real property to Elizabeth Brooks Kersey ("Elizabeth") with Elizabeth agreeing to pay the purchase price of the land to Fernald in installments. Elizabeth failed to make the required payments and deeded the property to Frank Kersey ("Frank") and Florence J. Kersey ("Florence").
