¶ 1 Gerald E. Brewer, former Wilkinsburg Borough Chief of Police, appeals the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition and Retaliation Against a Witness, 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 3921, 4953 (respectively). Brewer contends that the Commonwealth adduced insufficient evidence to sustain his Retaliation conviction and that the trial court erred in admitting expert testimony concerning...
