This matter is before us on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court. The sole issue presented is whether the trial court erred in overruling the declinatory exception of lack of personal jurisdiction filed by the defendant, Celebration, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company. For the reasons that follow, we vacate the trial court's ruling denying Celebration's exception and remand for a re-determination of the personal jurisdiction...
