Following a bench trial, defendant Domingo Miller was convicted of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, and was sentenced to 38 months in prison. The court also heard defendant's motion to quash arrest and suppress evidence simultaneously with his bench trial.
