[¶ 1] Norris Family Associates, LLC (hereinafter NFA) and Philip Jermain appeal from an order of the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Atwood, J.) dismissing their M.R. Civ. P. 80B appeal from a decision of the Town of Phippsburg Board of Appeals. The court concluded that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the appeal in part because NFA and Jermain were not the named appellants in the underlying administrative appeal before the Board...
