The plaintiff Holly J. Blinkoff1 appeals from the trial court's judgment of nonsuit rendered in favor of the defendant, O & G Industries, Inc. On appeal, Blinkoff claims that the court incorrectly rendered a judgment of nonsuit as a discovery sanction. We agree and, accordingly, reverse the judgment of nonsuit.
