¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County after a jury found 18 year old Appellant guilty of just one of two counts of Selling or Furnishing Liquor to a Minor, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6310.1(a). On appeal, Appellant challenges the sufficiency of evidence that he knew the age of the victim, and that he actually sold or furnished liquor. Appellant also challenges the court's denial...
