Appellants Tauheed Burke, Dashon Sterling, and Franklin Jeffries filed this action in the Superior Court against appellee Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund ("MAIF"), seeking compensation under the uninsured motorist provision of Mr. Burke's automobile insurance policy for injuries that they suffered in an accident involving an unidentified motorist.
