STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Ralph E. Koressel and Premier Electric, Inc. appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Randall O. Forster.

We affirm.

ISSUES

1. Whether the trial court's judgment is void as inconsistent with the pleadings. 2. Whether the evidence supports the findings and the findings support the judgment.
