¶ 1 Lycoming Masonry, Inc. (Defendant) appeals from the order denying part of its motion for summary judgment against Lobar, Inc. (Plaintiff). Plaintiff brought suit against Defendant on two counts; one count for breach of contract and a second count for promissory estoppel. Defendant moved for summary judgment on both counts.
