¶ 1. Phyllis Parker filed a complaint for divorce from Bob Parker on April 27, 2001. On June 3, 2002, Phyllis filed an amended complaint for divorce. In his answer to Phyllis's amended complaint for divorce, Bob admitted that Phyllis was entitled to a divorce on grounds of adultery. Thus, on August 28, 2003, the Chancery Court of Madison County granted a divorce to Phyllis on the grounds of uncondoned adultery. The only matters left...
