¶ 1 Appellant, Robert Daniel Price, appeals from the order which denied his petition brought pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. Specifically, Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his sexually violent predator classification, and seeks removal of his lifetime registration, notification, and counseling requirements under Megan's Law II, 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9791-9799...
