¶ 1 Thomas Michael Kelley (Kelley) appeals from the judgment entered by the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Cascade County, upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of theft, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
