¶ 1 In this appeal the issues of protectable business interest and requirements for a permanent injunction, within the context of a physician non-competition covenant, are brought before the court. Appellant WellSpan Health seeks review of an order which granted in part and denied in part its petition for a permanent injunction against a physician ex-employee, who was practicing his subspecialty in breach of his non-competition covenant....
