Sunshine Chevrolet Oldsmobile appeals the order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission (UAC) affirming the appeals referee's decision that Zahid N. Roy was qualified for the receipt of unemployment benefits because he was not discharged due to misconduct. We conclude that the referee and the UAC properly determined that certain documentary evidence, which Sunshine offered without objection, constituted hearsay...
