Richard Parker [former husband] appeals an order dismissing his petition for relief based on fraud. The petition alleged that Margaret Parker [former wife] defrauded the former husband during their marital dissolution by misrepresenting the paternity of a minor child born during the marriage. According to the former husband, this misrepresentation resulted in his child support obligation. We conclude that the trial court correctly dismissed the petition...
