The defendant, Schoolground Three, a Connecticut general partnership, has filed a motion for summary judgment, alleging that the claim of absolute nuisance by the plaintiff, Maureen Kelsey, administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Robert Kelsey, cannot be supported as a matter of law.
