STUART, Justice.

Freightliner, L.L.C., appeals from a judgment based on a jury verdict awarding Whatley Contract Carriers, L.L.C. ("WCC"), $440,000 in compensatory damages and $750,000 in punitive damages on WCC's suppression claim. We reverse and remand for the entry of a judgment as a matter of law in favor of Freightliner.
