Safety National Casualty Company ("Safety") appeals the trial court's order denying Safety's motion to stay the proceedings and to compel arbitration against Cinergy Corporation ("Cinergy"). Safety raises one issue, which we restate as whether the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions thereon denying Safety's motion to stay litigation and to compel arbitration were clearly erroneous...
