Plaintiffs assert that they were injured when the bus suddenly stopped, causing them to be thrown forward. In support of the motion, the bus driver showed that he was traveling in bumper-to-bumper traffic at no more than 10 to 12 miles per hour when he applied his brakes to avoid a collision with a cab that suddenly cut in front of him. In opposition, plaintiffs failed to adduce any evidence tending to show that the bus driver created...
