The defendant appeals his convictions and sentences for first-degree murder, armed burglary with an assault, unlawful possession of a firearm while engaged in a criminal offense and stalking. Defendant contends in this appeal that the trial court committed a Batson1 violation and requests this Court reverse the convictions and sentences. We find no Batson violation and, therefore, affirm the convictions and sentences...
