¶ 1. RLI Insurance Co. (RLI) issued a security bond for a construction project undertaken by Green Construction Co., Inc. (Green). In connection with the construction, Southern Win-Dor, Inc. (Southern) delivered materials to Green that Southern alleges Green never paid for.
