The plaintiff, Ezra Richard, appeals from a judgment dismissing his lawsuit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm"). The plaintiff filed suit seeking payment under the uninsured motorist coverage of his State Farm automobile insurance policy. We affirm.
