STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, which convicted Appellant of driving under the influence of alcohol ("DUI")1 and sentenced him that day to a mandatory minimum sentence of 48 hours' to 23 months' imprisonment. Appellant raises a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. We affirm.
