Barbara Maletta appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of McKean County (trial court) that granted summary judgment in favor of the City of Bradford and the City of Bradford Firemen's Pension Fund (collectively, Bradford). In this case we consider whether Maletta, as the widow of a retired fire-fighter, is entitled a survivor's pension benefit that includes cost-of-living adjustments made to her husband's pension during his lifetime...
