Appellant-respondent Joseph Johnston appeals the trial court's judgment ordering him to pay post-secondary education child support for his two children, claiming that the Lake Superior Court lacked personal jurisdiction over him because he had no contacts in Indiana and never waived the issue of jurisdiction.
