¶ 1. On May 13, 2003, a jury in the Circuit Court of Sharkey County found Jonathan Hall guilty of vehicle burglary. Hall was subsequently sentenced to serve seven years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, the sentence to run consecutively to a prior sentence for the crime of vehicle burglary.
