Two delinquency petitions were filed in the circuit court of Williamson County with regard to B.K., an alleged delinquent minor. Ultimately, B.K. admitted the charges filed against him and was ordered to be committed to the Department of Corrections, Juvenile Division (Department). In this appeal, B.K. argues it was a per se conflict of interest for his attorney to also serve as his guardian ad litem...
