Grossman, appeal from the judgment of the trial court awarding the plaintiff, Premier Capital, Inc., $10,000 in appellate attorney's fees resulting from postjudgment appeals filed by both parties. On appeal, the defendants claim that (1) the appellate attorney's fees awarded were not authorized by contract, (2) if such fees were authorized by contract, the court abused its discretion by awarding attorney...
