Appellant, Wendell Hackley, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County of second degree assault, reckless endangerment, and stalking.1 The court merged the reckless endangerment conviction into the assault, and sentenced appellant on that conviction to ten years' incarceration, with all but two years suspended.
