On December 16, 2003, Kenneth Gravely, appellant, acting pro se, filed a motion for new trial in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County on the grounds of newly discovered evidence. The circuit court denied appellant's motion as "moot," without further comment, on December 22, 2003.
