Pursuant to the Drug Asset Forfeiture Procedure Act (Forfeiture Act) (725 ILCS 150/1 et seq. (West 2002)), the State initiated civil forfeiture proceedings in the circuit court of Macon County against several parcels of real estate. Claimants, Moises and Ramona De Luna, answered.
